Since 1913, Our Lady Queen of Peace Roman Catholic Church has been serving the community of New Port Richey. The current pastor, Father Sebastian, leads his flock with the help of a warm and welcoming staff.

Gulf Gate Church is a Christian church located in Gulf Gate that offers services every Sunday at 9:30am. The church also offers age-appropriate worship in the "KidZone" weekly during Sunday service.
Pastor Timothy Cole performs worship service each Sunday at this neighborhood church. There are programs for kids from ages three years to sixth grade and youth from middle to high school. The church also has several musical groups, including a forty-voice choir. Grace Bible Church supports various local charity groups and missionary programs abroad.
St. John Greek Orthodox Church is a warm, welcoming religious community. It has a variety of ways to become involved, with programs such as a senior group, women's group, Bible study, adult retreats, Greek dance group and youth groups. The church hosts a Greek Festival each year in November and runs a day school.
The Church On The Bayou is a part of the religious organization Presbyterian Church USA and is situated on the banks of the Whitcomb Bayou. It offers worship services and Bible study. It is also engaged in numerous community outreach initiatives with members helping at the Shepherd Center of Tarpon Springs, the local community garden and the Suncoast Hospice. The Church On The Bayou is led by Pastor Dr. Carl H. vom Eigen.
Pastor Oliver Box conducts a service every Sunday morning at 11am at Sylvan Abbey United Methodist Church. Youth groups and a women's fellowship meet weekly. There is a choir as well.
St. Martha Catholic Church was founded in 1927 and has been located at its current downtown Sarasota address since 1930. The church offers study groups and youth programs, as well as choir programs and missionary opportunities. St. Martha Catholic Church has an on-site parking lot, and a large courtyard in the center of the establishment.
Located next to the Fort Harrison Hotel. The large pink building has stood at that location since 1890. It has a very large auditorium with a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the property.
