Mount Zion Progressive Missionary Baptist Church was founded by a group of community leaders, and its stated mission is to bring about “effective change” in the community by going “further in and deeper down.”
Future plans for Mt. Zion include a private Christian school, job training, housing for seniors, internal missions, a halfway house for inmates released from correctional facilities, drug prevention/rehabilitation and parenting programs, to name a few.
Revealing Truth Ministries is a Christian-based bible teaching ministry located on Armenia Avenue in the Seminole Heights neighborhood of Tampa. The center is continually expanding, with campuses throughout southern and central Florida.
