Located on the Milford High School campus, the administration building houses the offices of Superintendent Robert A. Tremblay and various other high-level administrators.
Part of Newton Public Schools, Newton Community Education offers a wide range of vocational, cultural and social programs to children and adults, including business, dance, crafts, writing, music, home and garden, photography, finance and more. Medford's only public High School is set off from the street along Winthrop Street, north of the Mystic River. Its facilities include about 70 classrooms, space for vocational programs and athletic fields.
Behind the school, there's two newly installed artificial turf playing fields with lights. The fields were built in 2010 at a cost of $2 million.

New Horizons Computer Learning Center offers a wide variety of classes in computer technology. Classes cover many popular software and hardware applications, including products by Adobe, Cisco and Microsoft. Instruction is also available for specific areas of technology, such as computer fundamentals, information security, operating systems and more. New Horizons Computer Learning Centers provide training and certification for computer-based business operations. It is located on the west side of Livernois Rd. between West Big Beaver Rd. and West Maple Rd. It offers courses in Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Tech products as well as numerous other business operational software and programs.
