Zen Meditation Center of Michigan is located in Rochester Hills and teaches the Korean Buddhism of Jogye order. Zen Meditation Center of Michigan has weekly Dharma meetings, Zen Meditation sessions and prayers that are open to the public.
The Jain Temple on 12 Mile Road was founded in 1998. At this temple members practice Jainism. Jainism is an ancient religion from India that believes in a path of non-violence towards everything living. There are study and youth groups and Swadhyay programs. The lower part of the temple can be a used as a banquet hall and rented to Jain Society of Greater Detroit members only.
