Tommy Bartlett, Jeffrey Flinner, Michael Norris have over 100 years experience shooting and firearms related activities. They have been passionate about firearms and their professional and recreational use for decades and, as a result of growing up with a rich heritage of gun ownership and firearm handling in an ever growing gun culture it was blatantly obvious of this regions deficits. Michael Norris has run a successful private medical practice for over 18 years in Knoxville TN. He got his first exposure to firearms as a child hunting in the southeast, and had much more training in the military. He has attended multiple professional training courses run by professional military and police. He has translated this experience into personal firearms training classes for many people. Jeffrey Flinner has 37 years of firearm and firearm related experience, growing up in rural Ohio in the foothills of the appalachian mountains. He grew up shooting and reloading with his father and later became an avid shooter and sportsman in his own right. He currently works in the healthcare industry with a skillset in customer service and multitasking in a highly stressful environment as an RN in critical care and trauma. Tommy Bartlett has been an avid hunter since he was a young teenager, growing up in the mountains of West Virginia. He has possessed an FFL (Federal Firearms License) since 2013. He understands the gun market and has been involved in private gun sales since he acquired his license.
