The Connecticut Baseball Academy organizes baseball team tournaments. The business also has nine batting cages and five pitching tunnels that are open to the public. Clinics are offered for hitting, pitching, catching and infield. It also offers camps over the summer, Christmas, Thanksgiving and Spring breaks. Professional private and group instruction is also offered.
Whether you prefer working out at 5am or 11pm, Club 24 is the gym for you. With their doors open 24 hours a day during the week there is no excuse for not having the time to work out.
The center offers cardio in the form of ellipitical, stair master, and treadmill. Club 24 also has an aerobic room which allows for on-demand workouts via large screen video monitor. For strength training there is the options of free weights or machines. Personal training is also available at an additional cost.

Berlin Little League has 10 teams that are each sponsored by local businesses (i.e. Kiwanis Red Sox and Powerhouse (Gym) Braves). These teams compete in games and annual tournaments. The teams also hold an annual Hit-a-thon charity event.
Western Little League is a group of fields where Babe Ruth, Little League, AAA, AA and T-Ball are played.
Falcon BMX is a non-profit organization that offers recreational BMX riding and racing for people of all ages and experience levels. With Falcon BMX, riders can learn all the tricks while getting good exercise and developing a sense of teamwork and sportsmanship. Donations and volunteer hours go towards track maintenance, and the track is open to the public every day except for race days.
