The Stanwich Congregational Church is an evangelical Congregational church established in 1732. The New England style church is used for weddings, funerals and weekly worship.
Music is an integral part of parish life. Volunteers comprise the adult and junior choirs, and there are additional opportunities for musicians. Nursery and Sunday school programs are active, as are youth groups for teens and college students. Adults can choose from an array of small groups for fellowship, Bible study, and support.

The church was dedicated in 1992 under the spiritual direction of Pastors Johnny and Sharon Burns. The congregation of about 300 members spans multicultural boundaries and is committed to breaking down racial and ethnic barriers. The church supports several missions, both at home and abroad, with its core mission being to direct people to a personal relationship with Christ.
At Bethany Covenant, visitors will see a diverse group of parishoners. The church features several programs to assist parishoners along their journey to spirituality. Although the church has not been around Berlin as long as some of the other churches in town, it has made an impact with its work in the community and the fact that several groups use the church as a gathering place. Bethany offers study groups for adults and separate groups for men and women in Bible study. The church also hosts Family night, children's programs and youth groups. The church is home to Little Blessings Nursery School.
Covenant Life Ministries was founded in Stratford in 1995. The church has grown significantly since its first meeting in the home of Pastor David Acosta and his wife, Pastor Carmen Acosta. After first moving its services to a local banquet hall, in 1999 the ministry purchased this 25,000-square-foot building on Main Street for the church.
Calvary Church of West Hartford is characterized as a church of Next Steps. Members will be encouraged and supported to take the Next Steps as Christians. The church is associated with a number of missions overseas.

ECC offers various ministries for its congregation to join, including Koinonia Groups, which are small bible study groups, Sunday School and children's church. The congregation consists of various missionaries that are serving in various communities in the U.S., U.K. and South America. ECC also hosts several special events throughout the year, including Family Fun Night in October and Children's Day in the spring.

Sunday school is held every Sunday at 9 a.m. and worship service is held at 10:30 a.m. on Sundays. Weekly prayer meetings are also held on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m.
