Located in suite 109 of the North Wing Courthouse, the Chester County Department of the Treasurer receives, records and deposits all county funds collected from payment of taxes, the sale of licenses, state-related revenues and payments of jugements and fines. It also issues interim real estate tax invoices as well as hunting, fishing, pitsol and dog licenses. Ann Duke is the Chester County treasurer.
Headquartered in the North Wing Court House, the Chester County Department of Finance uses financial analysis and reporting to promote best practices in finance and budgeting to its customers. The Department of Finance also coordinates the budget and manages cash, grants, cost recovery and debt administration for the county. The Department of Finance reports to the county board of commissioners and the Finance Director is Denny G. Bolton.
