Kendall County court administration supports the local judges and schedules weddings at the Kendall County Courthouse. Up to two weddings are performed Mondays through Fridays starting at 10:30am. The cost is $10, and a marriage license must be obtained from the County Clerk's Office at least 24 hours before the wedding.

Court administration is located inside the courthouse in the Kendall County Government Center on Yorkville's west side.
