The chefs blend fresh catches from the local fisheries with traditional Italian cuisine in entrees such as Tonno con Aragosta (yellowfin tuna wrapped in lobster tail), Pesce con Brodo (crispy-fried cod over sweet Jersey corn chowder) and Aragosta (lobster cooked either as a risotto or grilled).
