Gerardo and Sandra Camarrano own and operate this authentic Italian restaurant with their family. The restaurant seats up to 50 people and offers an extensive menu of delicious options, such as eggplant rolatini, clams casino and stuffed artichokes. Trattoria Amalfi also offers traditional pasta dishes with a variety of sauces, as well as meat and seafood dishes.
Ristorante Massimo is located in historical downtown Portsmouth and sits a block from the famous Market Square. This restaurant has a cozy Italian aura as diners walk downstairs to the brick and stone dining room. The chefs blend fresh catches from the local fisheries with traditional Italian cuisine in entrees such as Tonno con Aragosta (yellowfin tuna wrapped in lobster tail), Pesce con Brodo (crispy-fried cod over sweet Jersey corn chowder) and Aragosta (lobster cooked either as a risotto or grilled). The restaurant also serves other meat dishes.
Angelina's brings Italy to the capitol city with a menu consisting of grilled stuffed portabello mushrooms, calamari and chicken tettrazini, among other down-home plates. It offers a party platter menu for special events, and homemade birthday cakes can be prepared with prior notice.
