Knights of Columbus is located off of Hamline Ave North in Roseville MN. The organization is made up of Catholic Men who have a a strong belief in healthy families, a strong community and the Catholic Church. The Roseville office of the Knights of Columbus is only one of the Minneosta locations.
The Hayes Community and Senior Center is home to activities and programs for seniors in the Apple Valley community. The facility has an auditorium, kitchen and meeting room. The facilities are also available to rent.
Kids 'n Kinship is a mentorship program that aims to provide positive role models for children ages five through sixteen. Administrators carefully match adult, couple or family mentors with children based on common interests and other criteria. The matched pairs then simply spend time together. This organization serves to promote, revive and nurture a sense of community, thus attempting to fulfill the adage, "It takes a village to raise a child."
Hope Evangelical Free Church focuses on relationships, seeking to truly be a "church family." The church offers a variety of small groups, mid-sized groups, community groups and study groups to give members a chance to get to know one another. Kensington Park South offers two adult soccer fields, a concession building with restrooms, two shelters with picnic tables and a playground area. Its sister park, across Stockbridge Road and extending up to Mendota Heights Road, offers a paved trail leading through a mix of open space and natural plantings.
Sunday morning worship service at Apple Valley Baptist begins at 10:45am. Typically, a blend of hymns and choruses accompanies a sermon, which explains and applies a passage of Scripture to daily life. Sharing and prayer are also important parts of each service. Bible classes for every member of the family meet at 9:30am on Sunday mornings, September through May. Youth and prayer meetings are held on Wednesday evenings.
