ARTWORKS around town, based in Wheeling, Wyo., is a nonprofit charitable and educational organization operating a gallery and art center to support local and regional artists. Founded in 1996, Tamarack: The Best of West Virginia is a cultural center that features a retail store, art gallery, meeting space, theater, food court and working studios.
