Coopers is Southampton Village's only lifeguard-protected beach. It has a large parking lot, and seasonal and daily passes are available. There is also a pavilion with concessions, bathrooms and showers. A village beach sticker is required to park between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. between the Friday before Memorial Day until the middle of September. Surfcasting, launching power boats and surfing outside of designated areas are prohibited during these times. Seasonal parking stickers are available at village hall and at the beach, and are free for village residents.Camping, alcohol bonfires, erecting tents, playing hardball, littering, unleashed animals and nudity are prohibited at all times.
