Ward Coffey Shapes is a locally based company that sells handmadecustom surfboards and other surf craft. The shop is named after owner Ward Coffey, who is an innovator in his field. Coffey shapes his durable, lightweight boards out of eco-friendly expanded polystyrene, or EPS. Coffey says he eschews the mass market model and takes time to listen to his customers, pay special attention to detail and treat people the waythey want to be treated.
