This branch of the national Villari Self Defense Centers is set up right on Main Street in the Center. Classes are held for children and adults alike and focus on both applicable self defense skills and general fitness and confidence building athletics. Courses are generally held in the afternoons and evenings and an up-to-date schedule can be had if customers call or drop by. Call for an appointment if interested in joining or signing up.
