Tiger Schulmann's Karate Center has been at its current location in Nanuet since 2000. The organization itself originated in the area in 1984 and has since expanded across multiple states. The Tiger Schulmann's system combines various martial arts forms to teach a mixture of kickboxing and submission grappling. The studio teaches the physical aspects of this mixed martial arts system while passing on the traditional values of self-discipline, respect, hard work and the teaching that the martial arts are to be used responsibly for defense.
