The San Mateo County Treasurer/ Tax Collector offices are located on the first floor of the County Office Building. The Treasurer/ Tax collector is an elected official tasked with managing and protecting the financial assets of the county. It directs public funds from the County Pool, providing all Pool participants with security and liquidity. This is also the Tax Collector's office.
