Spanky's has been a neighborhood fixture for nearly years, owned by three generations of the same family. With a big-screen TV and a truly massive satellite dish on the roof to pull in all the best stuff, there's no question that this is a great place to disappear for a couple hours to have a few beers and watch a game.
