Long considered a favorite for local wine enthusiasts, The Wine Source has served countless customers in the Hampden area. The store is constantly busy but well-run, with a large and friendly staff. Customers can choose from an extensive selection of wines from around the globe, as well as beer, fine cigars, snacks, drink mixers and deli foods. Free parking is offered in a small parking lot outside the store, and metered parking is available on the street.

The Old Vine offers microbrews, import and domestic beers. Foreign and U.S. wines are priced from $7 a bottle to $150, and anything not found in the store can be special ordered. Imported cheeses and other gourmet food items are also available for sale.
