Inside, the rooms host a full menu of yoga, meditation, consciousness-building and holistic living classes, lectures and retreats. Co-owner Susan Bowen says, "We are 'style-agnostic.' We have a lot of different styles of yoga that we teach here. I think people are surprised when they come here just by the variety of programs we have." The yoga studio's boutique sells mats by Hard Tail and Manduka; Prana and Be Present clothing; candles; and an extraordinary selection of instructional books, CDs and DVDs showcasing many different styles of yoga.
