Claudia's shop on Main Street offers everything from cufflinks to earrings, in every possible style and price range. The long, narrow store is elegantly furnished and styled with many antique pieces of furniture and reverse glass paintings done by owner Claudia's husband, Richard Lee. Apart from many popular watch and jewelry brands, the store also sells pieces by more than ten local island artists, plus a selection of handbags, wallets and French perfume.
This full-service salon is conveniently located on Upper Main Street, a quick walk from downtown Edgartown. There is a free parking lot behind the building. Wavelengths offers a wide variety of services including haircuts and coloring, facials, massage, manicures, pedicures, tanning, Japanese Ionic Straightening and Keratin Treatments. Owned by two native Islanders, Wavelengths has been in business since 1989. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the decor comfortable and welcoming. Walk-ins are accepted, although appointments are recommended.
Coop's Bait and Tackle's store is wall-to-wall fishing equipment, supplies and gear. There are rods, reels, lures, buckets, nets, hooks, flies, live and fresh-frozen bait, clamming gear and specialty items such as Shimano fishing sandals and Orvis Fly Fishing Equipment. It also sells t-shirts and hats for men, women and children. Guided boat and shore trips are also available. Coop's offers fishing rods for sale and for rent, too.
The Wharf Pub & Restaurant is open year-round, with the bar open until 1 a.m. daily. The restaurant side serves food until 10 p.m. in the in-season and until 9 p.m. in off-season. The menu includes stuffed quahogs, fried oysters and fried pickles for appetizers. There are also salads, soups, burgers and panini. Entrees include seafood, steaks, chicken, ribs and pasta. There is a dance floor area and on certain nights live music, a DJ, comedy acts or karaoke. Draft and bottled beer, wine, cocktails and martinis are served, and there's an ATM on the premises.

The Edgartown Yacht Club sponsors several racing events throughout the year, including the Round the Island race, the Annual Regatta and the 12 Metre Regatta.

Blair, Jr. serves as the harbor master; he is joined in his duties by assistant harbor master Michael Hathaway. The Edgartown Harbor Master monitors VHF channels 9, 16 and 74.
Vineyard Veterinary Clinic is a general practice and emergency veterinary clinic located just before the Edgartown "Triangle" on your way into downtown Edgartown. Services include general practice pet care including neutering and spaying. They offer care and services for cats, dogs, birds, fish, reptiles, and rodents, they do not currently offer care for horses. Some pet supplies are available for sale. Edgartown Marine is a full-service boat yard located next to the Edgartown Habor Master offering a variety of launch, storage, maintenance and repair services, including supply storage, dry docking, boat cleaning and sail and woodworking repair. During the summer, Edgartown Marine maintains a boating provisions store onsite. Edgartown Marine is affiliated with Edgartown Marine Boat Services in Katama, which handles commissioning, decommissioning and repairs.

Owner Jan Buhrman, a well-known figure in the Martha's Vineyard food scene, emphasizes the use of local food and sustainable farming. Kitchen Porch also makes a number of prepared items, such as jams and spice rubs, available at various locations around the island and the seasonal farmer's markets, as well as prepared meals available for pickup in the summer.
