More than Just Words is a provider of business support services assisting companies (large and small), individuals and students with their word processing and PowerPoint needs. We do all the work from our office, unlike temporary agencies who send the support to you. This means you need no space or computer for us; we already have it. Companies: Large companies benefit by having an extra hand for those fast-track or last minute projects. Small companies benefit by paying for only the amount of time they need. It could be just one hour or a couple hours per day or per week. Our services are especially attractive to the small business owner who needs occasional office assistance, but does not have a need to hire a regular part-time assistant. Services include general word processing, document formatting, form and template design, and PowerPoint presentations. Individuals: We work with individuals who have personal correspondence or documents that need to be typed. We also work with budding authors who want to get their manuscript in electronic form. Students: We work with students to format their theses and dissertations, build tables and figures, and create PowerPoint presentations for committee approval. Typing tests: We also offer typing skills testing. If you need to have a typing certificate to verify your typing speed and accuracy for a promotion or new job, we can do that too. Typing tests consist of a 3-minute warm-up and a 5-minute scored typing test, which you can take up to 3 times to obtain your best score. You receive a printout of your raw scores for each test, as well as a signed certificate authenticating your score. ID is required (eg. driver's license). Cost is $25. Please call to make an appointment. Evening appointments are available. Employers, we can also help to prescreen your applicants to be sure they have the skills they say they have. We have been serving the Orange County area since 1997 from our location in Anaheim, California.
