When my father-in-law and I started this business in May of 1964, I didnt know if a camper business would be a success. We bought land one mile north of Zelienople on route 19 and used an old school bus to serve as an office. By 1969, we were Franklin Coachs number 1 dealer stocking over 100 truck campers. While raising four children, my wife, Jean, and I worked long hard hours to make Hufnagel & Majors a success. We grew steadily over the years continuing our business in RVs which now include over 100 travel trailers, fifth wheels, previously owned units and truck caps. Our business is not only sales but we service what we sell. I find that to be the most important part of our business because if we didnt service our trailers, the loyalty and support we get from our customers would not exist.
