The Nutmeg Twisters (TNT) offers gymnastics programs for girls and boys ages 18 months through 18 years of age. In addition to recreation classes, TNT also offers Zumba and other dance classes. It also offers a USAG competitive team, prep-opt program for girls ages 6 years and older. It hosts movie nights, open gyms and also hosts birthday parties.

The Guilford Racquet & Swim Club is a modern facility that enables members to enjoy year round tennis and swimming. It has six indoor and six outdoor courts. There also are outdoor adult and children's pools and a pro shop. 

Sport and professional shooting enthusiasts can find what they need at this shooting range and firearm shop. The gun shop carries guns, rifles, ammunition and accessories and pistol classes are also available. The range offers 11 lanes with automated retrieval system.
