Bintang Badminton has multiple indoor badminton courts located in large warehouse space. Eleven courts are available. It is primarily an academy for those hoping to improve their badminton skills. Both classes and private lessons are offered. Refreshments are sold at the front desk.
Dublin Sports Grounds is located on Dublin Boulevard near Civic Plaza. The Grounds include 22 acres for sporting events, including softball, baseball and soccer. Fields are available for rental or casual games. Facilities also include play equipment, small group picnic areas, barbecues, restrooms and drinking fountains. Dogs are permitted, but must be on a leash.
Tri-Valley YMCA is located on the corner of Sierra Lane and Sierra Court inside a large business complex. It offers a variety of classes and events for most age groups.
Founded in 1995, Gamespeed Sports Performance Center provides athletic performance enhancement training for athletes ages 10 to adult who are competing in a variety of different sports. Programs are designed around each individual athlete. There are also team-centered programs that concentrate on strength, speed and agility.
Aaron Thigpen, the owner of Gamespeed Sports, is a former world-class track athlete and coach who started the company at the urging of his athletes. USATF-certified and a Level 1 instructor, Aaron has been a guest instructor at the Olympic training center in San Diego.
Dublin Iceland Ice Skating offers year-round ice for the East Bay skating enthusiast. Along with daily public skating sessions, patrons can also find a variety of offerings, including summer camps, private parties, lessons, hockey and broomball. Public skate sessions vary, and patrons are encouraged to view the calendar on the website for times and rates. The facility includes a Pro Shop, arcade and locker rooms. Services include skate rental and sharpening.
