Founded in 1995, Gamespeed Sports Performance Center provides athletic performance enhancement training for athletes ages 10 to adult who are competing in a variety of different sports. Programs are designed around each individual athlete. There are also team-centered programs that concentrate on strength, speed and agility. Aaron Thigpen, the owner of Gamespeed Sports, is a former world-class track athlete and coach who started the company at the urging of his athletes. USATF-certified and a Level 1 instructor, Aaron has been a guest instructor at the Olympic training center in San Diego.
