The Narragansett Little League Association is open to boys and girls ages 5 - 13 (as of April 31, 2010). The season runs from the beginning of April to the end of June. A summer friendship league is available to all players during the off summer months and a fall ball league is available September - October. Divisions include Tee Ball, boys and girls instructional baseball and minor and major leagues in baseball and softball.
The league has a 15-member board who oversee the season including the popular concession stand.
The American Dragon Karate School provides area residents with comprehensive martial arts instruction. Owned and operated by Vicki Dorfman - a fifth degree Shaolin Kempo black belt - the school specializes in Shaolin Kempo, which is a combination of tradional martial arts, sport karate and self-defense.

Seven B's V is an 80-foot, custom fishing yacht, with a capacity of 120 people. Family-owned and operated, it offers many deep-sea fishing trips throughout its May - October season. Seven B's V is also available for charter. The yacht makes a wonderful, unique venue for weddings, birthday parties and other special occasions. It is fully equipped with modern amenities and serves breakfast and lunch from its full galley.
If you're looking for a unique place to hold your child's birthday party, Narragansett Ocean Club says, "You provide the cake, we provide the fun!" It is a great place for roller skating parties, with packages that include admission, food, drinks and skate rental. The interior consists of a large skating rink made of wood and has funky, colorful lighting that makes the rink extra fun.
In addition to birthday parties, Narragansett Ocean Club offers themed public skating sessions, skating lessons and an inline skating club. Themes include Oldies Night, Teen Night, Family Skate and Open Skate. Although it only rents roller skates, you are welcome to bring your own rollerblades. The 18-hole "Point Judith" course at Point Judith Country Club features 6,688 yards of golf for a par of 71. The course rating is 72.5 and its slope rating is 125 on bent grass. The course designed by Donald J. Ross and managed by Scott Barlow opened in 1894. Frances Fleet, which operates out of The Port of Galilee, offers year round fishing and whale watching excursions. The duration of its trips range from a few hours to two days, and depending on the trip, guests will board one of the fleet's four vessels. Frances Fleet can also charter your private fishing trip or special event.
Steve Babcock's Karate is located in the heart of the Narragansett Pier on Boon Street. Sensei Babcock is a sixth-degree black belt and has been training and competing for nearly 35 years. He is a world and national heavy-weight champion and is the manager and co-founder of the renowned Paul Mitchell Karate Team.
He teaches Kempo-style Karate to both children and adults. This well-rounded martial arts program also includes weapon training with bos, kamas and swords. The prestigious Dunes Club of Narragansett is a private, members-only beach club located on Boston Neck Road approximately 1/4 mile North of The Narragansett Town Beach.
Members enjoy private beach club privileges in addition to a tennis court, a pool, including a child's wading pool, a recreational game room, private cabanas and a restaurant and lounge as well as a poolside sandwich shop.
The Dunes Club is also available for private functions such as weddings and corporate events through a registered club member.
The Studio is a small school where experienced instructors teach children, teens and adults with limited or advanced dance experience, focusing on precise techniques and body movement. Narrow River Kayaks is appropriately located right on Narrow River, one mile from where the river meets the ocean. This location is ideal for beginners but provides many options for paddlers of all abilities and ages. The company offers a fleet of more than 75 kayaks for rent in addition to canoes. Narrow River Kayaks also rents stand-up paddle boards and fishing kayaks, features a bait and tackle shop on property and carries all kayak and canoe-related accessories. The staff at Narrow River Kayaks is comprised of experienced paddlers who can help customers enjoy the waterway for a few hours or for an entire day. A variety of tours and special paddling packages are available; these include a guided full moon paddle, a sunrise and breakfast paddle, a bird lover's tour and guided sunset tours. All rentals include a paddle, a personal flotation device and basic instruction. An outdoor shower, changing tent and portable restrooms are on site. At the end of each season the company sells many of its kayaks to the general public.
