The location offers a wide range of selections, including nutritional items such as vitamins and supplements, as well as lunch items such as pizza, wraps, sandwiches, calzones, chicken, fish, salads, burgers and more. The menu offers numerous dishes, including specialty pizzas, grilled salmon, grilled chicken, Angus burger, roast beef, chicken fingers, sweet potato fries, Greek salad, pasta and much more. The company offers catering services as well as online ordering and delivery.
Wow! Work Out World is a fitness center and gym offering many machines and therefore almost no lines. The setting is friendly and casual. More than 40 group classes are offered each week. Personal training is offered through Professional Fitness, a separate business that works within Wow! Work Out World. Babysitting is also available; check with the front desk for the schedule.
Mass Premier Soccer (MPS) is a non-profit organization dedicated to guiding soccer coaches, players and teams into a spirit of excellence and a competitive level in soccer. MPS organizes residential camps (girls and boys 6 - 12 years old), tournaments, and leagues throughout the state and all of New England. If you are interested in organizing a clinic and bringing the coaches affiliated with MPS to your area, MPS will work with you to make the event happen. Events are geared to many levels of athlete, from beginner to elite.
The Massachusetts Gymnastics Center is located on Clematis Avenue, off of Beaver Street. It was originally founded in 1974 and has been operated by the present owners since 1984.
The Massachusetts Gymnastics Center is specifically for young children. The mission is "to make a positive difference in the health and well being of our students." It offers a 13-week class program for several different age levels, from pre-school to nine years. Vacation camp programs are also offered, as are competitive team programs.

The Boys and Girls Club offers a safe environment for children ages 6-18 after school. The club offers an array of age-appropriate activities and strives to help kids realize and reach their full potentials. This location features swimming instruction, basketball and field hockey, among many other programs.
Waverley Oaks Athletic Club, in business since the 1970s, is located in the Waverley Oaks Office Park. It offers its members a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, basketball and racquetball courts and several fitness classes. Different membership types are available, as are personal trainers, babysitting services and guest passes, for an additional fee. The club also has leagues in basketball, volleyball, wallyball and racquetball.
For 34 years, Studio of Creative Movement has been a full-service dance studio. Classes offered here include ballet, jazz and tap. The studio's seven instructors teach classes for ages pre-school through adult. There are also classes for those participating in the Team Dance Competitions.

The Waltham Boys & Girls Club has been in Waltham since 1937 and at this location since 1952. The Waltham Boys & Girls Club is a well-equipped community center for local kids, ages 6 - 18. You'll find a pool, gym, game room, computer lab and more. This non-profit organization charges a small membership, which includes to all areas of the club and all additional programs it offers.
Waltham Youth Soccer is a community program run by parents and volunteers. Teams are available for children ages 5 - 19. Travel teams meet twice a week and play Saturday games with other towns in the Middlesex league; players are assigned to teams based on try-outs. The in-town teams are grouped by age and practice once a week, with games on weekends in Waltham. There is also the U6 Co-ed Program for the youngest players. Weston Racquet Club opened in 1966 and is a membership-only tennis club. It has 10 courts available year round. The courts are outdoor courts during the good-weather months, and lighting allows for nighttime play as well. In the cold-weather months, the courts are converted to indoor courts using special enclosures. Club membership includes many other amenities, such as use of the swimming pool, free tennis clinics, player matching, socials, special events and more.
Weston Racquet Club also has a pro shop and cafe located in its clubhouse.
Waltham Youth Hockey organizes practices and travel teams for boys and girls ages 4 - 19. The season runs from September 1 into March or April. The schedule and registration for travel teams is available online. To register, children must be members of Hockey USA. Programs are available for residents of Waltham and its neighboring towns. Home games are usually at Veteran's Memorial Rink on Totten Pond Road.
Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy is located in the Waverley Oaks Office Park off Waverley Oaks Road near Trapelo Road. It has been in business since 1980.
Shorin-Ryu Karate Academy teaches karate to children and adults. There are 26 youth classes and 20 adult classes. The training facility is custom designed and includes locker rooms and viewing windows.

Henry Munevar runs Henry's Baseball Club, an organization with the purpose of connecting baseball players with teams, players with coaching expertise and coaches with job opportunities (and more!). Henry scouts new players as well as organizes team play for players of all ages, youth and adult.
