Sunflower Private School offers classes from kindergarten through 5th grade. The school is located in a building connected to the Gulfport Presbyterian Church. (The school's entrance is in the back of the building.)

Morning Star School is located behind Most Holy Redeemer Inter-Parochial School, and educates 75 students with disabilities. The non-profit school is private and Catholic. The graduation rate is 95 percent, and the school's goal is to prepare children for high school.
