The Tab Ramos Sports Center is an athletic complex that offers a myriad of sports and activities. The primary sport here is soccer, as Tab Ramos is a member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame, played on three consecutive World Cup teams for the United States and was the first player ever signed to a contract to play for Major League Soccer (MLS), in 1995. The athletic complex boasts several large fields that can be used for soccer, flag football, field hockey and lacrosse. The facility also has a full-length street hockey rink and numerous soccer and hockey leagues available for a wide variety of age groups and skill levels. The Tab Ramos Sports Center also offers classes and individual lessons through special instructors and camps, and provides different programs and day camps in the summertime. The Fields Sports Complex is a full indoor sporting facility located in East Brunswick, which hosts a series of fields, including soccer, baseball, football, lacrosse and more. This facility also offers rentals and private birthday parties, and hosts leagues, tournaments, classes and clinics.
