Our Operators and field personnel add another 12 years of experience with Hydro-Vacs. Our safety program and drug & alcohol program is extensive and abides by DOT standards for both CDL drivers ( FMCSA ) and pipeline projects ( PHMSA ). We are members of ISNetworld, PEC Premier and NCMS. Joey has worked in the oil & gas, mining and power industries since 1982. He served as CEO and President of Redi Industrial Services ( Lyman, WY ) from 1985-2005. Joey led that company from a struggling insulation business to a multi-million dollar general contracting business. Robert has 14 years of accounting and management experience in many different industries, from golf to entertainment to health care and from start-up to mature companies. Before starting Wise Services he was with TriStar Constructors as director of Business Development. His credentials include a BS degree from Arizona State and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Malcolm is our Hydro-Vac expert with 7 years of operating and management experience in this discipline. After 4 years of operating Hydro-Vacs, he took over management of the Hydro-Vac division for Redi Services where he managed a fleet of 13 Hydro-Vacs company wide. Richard has 27 years of experience in the Environmental, Safety and Health arena. His career has been predominately in the oil and gas sector with some work being completed overseas. Richard has worked for several major oil and gas operators and service companies during his career. His commitment to safety is highly regarded and a valuable resource.
