About CGGE International CGGE International ( CGGE ) has been providing ships for charter, ocean survey equipment and technical services for governments and commercial organizations since 1993. Our parent company, Sound Ocean Systems, Inc. has been in business since 1978, and is involved in custom engineering and manufacturing of marine equipment and support systems. The principals of CGGE International possess over 20 years of experience in the offshore deepsea exploration industry, with specialties in acoustics, subsea vehicles and offshore operations. In our daily operations, we have access to the design/engineering resources of Sound Ocean System Inc as well as to scientific/engineer expertise of National Marine Center of Russia We conduct global scale operations with customers and vessels in all parts of the world. Our role is to manage all proposals and contracts negotiations, facilitate communications between the charter party and the technical and ship manager personnel and assure that customer needs are met. In addition, as prime contractor, we take fiscal responsibility to assure that all funds are managed adequately to protect the interests of the customer and to assure timely performance.
