Trial attorney with 30 years trial experience handling approximately 15,000 cases in State and Federal Courts. In Criminal Law I have represented clients with simple traffic infractions to representing serial killers. Was one of a few lawyers in the Upstate New York area who was certified to handle death penalty cases. Further trial experience involves personal injury and civil matters/litigation. Have extensive experience over the past 30 years representing clients for matrimonial and family court matters as well as representing school districts and teachers in litigation. Extensive experience in Post Conviction/Appellate work at the State and Federal Appeals Courts including the United States Supreme Court for Writs of Certiorari.
