Award Winning Summer Program
(Math and Reading Remediation)
Our summer program is your opportunity to give your child a better start to
the school year. In only one month, students average overall academic
growth of to 1 year in reading and math. The summer program includes
comprehensive testing: we assess students abilities before the summer
program - customizing the curriculum to meet each childs unique learning
style and individual academic needs and test again at the end of the
program to measure their progress. In addition, the 2-to-1 student-teacher
ratio maximizes time and academic growth. Give your child the skills - and
confidence to make the most of school next September.
A Childs Place Preschool applies a play-based approach to learning and school readiness. Exciting seasonal and literary themes, activities and materials are used to develop intellectual, social/emotional, motor, self-help and communications skills that correspond to each childs developmental level.
A Childs Place Preschool is state licensed and inspected by the California State Licensing Board. We have a loving environment providing individual attention to all the children with a low child to teacher ratio.
Our Teachers are experienced, State Qualified, personal and caring. We are all CPR and First Aid Certified, finger printed. Each teacher is completely background checked through the Department of Justice before starting their employment at A Childs Place Preschool.
After School Program for Elementary Age School Children
A Childs Place Pr eschool offers before and after school care for elementary age children. A Childs Place opens at 6:00 a.m. for the convenience of commuter families. A Childs Place Preschool offers a complete age appropriate program that includes breakfast for early morning drop off children, and an afternoon snack for after school program children.
