Colonial Hills Baptist Church is a welcoming and peaceful congregation that was founded in 1978. The church has a variety of study and prayer groups, including groups for teens and children. It is active within the community through outreach programs and ministries.

Founded in 1960, the Londonderry Baptist Church is a small congregation. The church serves Londonderry and the surrounding areas.
St. Joseph the Worker Parish occupies a spacious, modern church on the banks of the Nashua River, 1½ miles from the Everett Turnpike.
Most Rev. Francis J. Christian became pastor of St. Joseph in 2003. He also serves as auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Manchester.
In addition to regular services, activities include youth/teen/adult choirs, a Cub/Boy Scouts program, and religious education. A summer school will run for two weeks in August 2011. St. Joseph's Knights of Columbus branch is also active in the community.
The First Congregational Church of Merrimack was built in 1826. The church holds services on Sundays, as well as fellowship and Bible study groups throughout the week. The first Congregational Church supports a variety of missions, including Wycliffe Bible Translators, Middle East Reformed Fellowship and Reformation Christian Ministries. Sunday services are held at 10:45am.
The Northern New England Presbytery is a religious organization. The church has office hours during the week and serves the greater Londonderry area.
Immaculate Conception Parish is located conveniently off Exit 4 on NH Rt 3/Everett Turnpike. The Catholic church serves more than 3000 families in the area, making its congregation size nearly 14,000 people. The church has a hall in back for special events, and ample parking is available. The facility also acts as a local church, when needed, for nearby parochial schools. Immaculate Conception has an active music program, including adult and youth choirs as well as contemporary and teen music ministries.
Victory Baptist Church is led by pastor Jeff Messer. The independent fundamental Baptist church hosts weekly worship service, Sunday school and Bible study. It also operates a nursery school onsite.
Granite State Baptist Church on Sand Hill Road is led by Pastor Anthony Milas. Worship services have two basics themes: creative and compelling worship and life changing messages. Community groups meet for fellowship, bible study and prayer. Youth groups are held each week, one for middle schoolers and another for high school ages. Infants thru fifth grade are encourage to attend the Ignite Chidren's Ministry.
Slavic Baptist Church is a Russian Christian church. It offers a Sunday worship service conducted in Russian, but real-time English translation often is available. Bible study also is available. Its pastor is Ivan Dorofeev.
Grace Lutheran Church was established in the early 1980s. Pastor Mick Meyer has been leading this congregation in worship and prayer since 1986. This church welcomes and accepts anyone who would like to participate in the "good news of Jesus." Grace Lutheran Church has youth groups, small groups, music, bible teachings, prayer, stewardship, hospitality and mission programs. This church participates in Naushua's soup kitchen, children's association and Care Net.
