The company makes traditional pasta products such as tortellini, ravioli, cavatelli, gnocchi and manicotti, and the business has grown so much over the years that Seviroli Foods is now the largest manufacturer of tortellini in the U.S. Seviroli does not sell its pasta products for retail, but distributes them to grocery stores, pizzerias, restaurants and delis.
