Its certainly a way of life for the de Garmo family who own and operate the business. Peter who began the business in 1983 now runs the two stores with his son Kevin. Peters wife Pat contributes her vast knowledge of cooking and Kevins wife Kaie helps out on the marketing side of things. The youngest member of the Pastaworks family is Lola, who at the age of ten continues to show promise in the food and wine industry. During the course of any year the de Garmo clan spreads out around the globe, from Torino to Singapore to London to New York to experience the best and most exciting foods and wines to be found. Pastaworks also works closely with the growing NW community of farmers, ranchers, artisan food producers and wine makers to showcase the best products of this amazing region.
