Run by Rev. Robert Kwiatkowski and deacons Ralph Rescildo, Terence Nolan and Horace Hamor, Saint Teresa's espouses a tradition of faith, a community of hope and a family of love. In addition to worship services, it features a beautiful antique rectory building and a strong religious education program run by Carol Moriarty.
St. Patrick's roots date back to the mid 1800s, when a pastor at St. Mary's Church in New Britain worked on establishing a Roman Catholic Church in Collinsville. A wooden church was built around 1852. Damaged by two fires over the years, a new structure was built in the mid 1930s. The stone building was built on the former site of the church's rectory, largely in Burlington. Today, the rectory is still in Collinsville and the church serves Roman Catholics in several surrounding communities.
Founded in 1957, St. Matthew Church has a congregation of more than 2,400 families. The church is very active in the community and offers expansive services to its members such as youth groups, retreats, adult education, Summer Bible Camp, golf outings, picnics and more. Mass is held daily at 8am and 7:30pm.
