Wolcott Mill Metropark is a historic 2,625-acre park, featuring equestrian trails, a mill dating back to the 1840s and an 18-hole golf course. You may visit the Wolcott Mill Metropark website for mor information.
This park is complete with a large wooden play structure for kids, a pavilion that is available for rentals and gazebo. There are also a variety of athletic fields including numerous soccer fields and four baseball fields. The historic Howarth Schoolhouse and Porritt Barn sit on the park's property. Park programs including yoga and summer camps take place here as well.
Waldenburg Park stretches across 17 acres of land along 21 Mile Road just east of Romeo Plank. The park is developed and includes a playscape with swings, slides and a jungle gym as well as picnic pavilions, a basketball court, two sand volleyball courts and a walking trail. Restrooms and vending machines are also available on site.
