I am devoted to offering patient satisfaction through an enhanced quality of life. My goal is to provide patients with state-of-the-art comprehensive care and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. I was born and raised in Southern California. I attended Medical School at the University of California at Irvine with honors. My internship in general surgery and residency in orthopaedic surgery were all from The University of California, Irvine. I am a Board certified Orthopaedic Surgeon and a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and have practiced in Hendersonville, TN since 1997. I joined Premier Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in 2014, now Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics and am very happy to work with such a group that has the same goals for patient care as mine have always been. I am a general orthopaedist and enjoy the versatility of being able to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries and disease processes. I was one of the first orthopedic surgeons in the area that performed Partial Knee Replacements. My hobbies include collecting sports memorabilia and I enjoy attending local sporting events and restaurants. BIOGRAPHY Dr. Barrett is a 2002 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a residency in orthopaedics at University of Missouri-Columbia Hospital and Clinics in 2006, becoming the Chief Resident Physician through 2007. A Fellowship in Joint Replacement at The Anderson Clinic (Engh) – Anderson Orthopaedic Research Institute in Alexandria, Virginia was completed in July 2008. As well as Joint Replacement, Dr. Barrett works on partial (unicompartmental) and Deuce (bicompartmental) joint replacement, revision joint replacement of the hip and knee, as well as hip resurfacing. Dr. Barret has authored eleven (11) published articles in major orthopaedic journals. Three of these were published in Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery, the foremost journal in the field of orthopaedics. Dr. Barrett was also the primary author of the two textbook chapters focused on orthopaedics and joint replacement. Dr. Barrett enjoys activities time with his wife and son, as well as golf, tennis, hunting and fishing. He is accomplished in guitar and piano, an avid marathon runner and does woodworking and carpentry for fun. He is involved also in church activities.

BIOGRAPHY Dr. Jordan grew up in Middle Tennessee and went to McGavock High School. He obtained a biology degree at Sewanee while lettering in football and was a member of the Volunteer Fire Department. He attended medical school at Vanderbilt University before receiving his orthopedic training at the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Jordan has lived in Murfreesboro and practiced orthopedics since 1993. He has served as a team physician for MTSU, Sewanee and all of the Rutherford County and City high schools. Dr. Jordan enjoys taking care of athletes, as well as general adult reconstructive problems. He also has a special interest in complex arthroscopic reconstructions of the shoulder and knee, including cartilage transplants of the knee. BIOGRAPHY Dr. Brown graduated from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in 1999 with honors as a member of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. She was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha during her third year of medical school. She received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor in Latin. She completed a five-year orthopaedic surgery residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center with an additional year of training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery. Dr. Brown is on staff at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital and sees patients at the TOA Murfreesboro office. As a part of being on staff at Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital, Dr. Brown provides comprehensive orthopaedic care to the residents of Rutherford and surrounding counties. She is proficient in complex fracture care of the upper and lower extremities in adults and children. She is trained to diagnose and treat all problems related to structures in the hand, wrist, forearm, elbow and shoulder. She treats both children and adults. Common problems treated include: carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, wrist pain, sports injuries of the hand and wrist, fractures of the hand, wrist, and forearm and trigger fingers. She has a special interest in complex fracture care and tendon injuries in the upper extremity. In addition, she has received additional training to perform endoscopic carpal tunnel releases and Xiaflex injections for Dupuytrens contractures. Dr. Brown serves in a leadership role within TOA as a member of the board of directors. Additionally, she is a member of ASSH, American Society for Surgery of the Hand. The American Society for Surgery of the Hand is the oldest medical specialty society in the United States devoted entirely to continuing medical education related to hand surgery. She has also received her Subspeciality Certificate in Surgery of the Hand. Dr. Brown enjoys running, spinning, and weight training. She is also an avid sports fan and currently serves as team physician for Middle Tennessee Christian School and MTSU.

BIOGRAPHY Dr. Shell is a 1981 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Medicine. He completed a surgical residency at Vanderbilt University Hospital, and an additional residency in orthopaedic surgery at the University of Tennessees Campbell Clinic in Memphis. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Shell joined The Lipscomb Clinic in January 1987. His primary focus is on joint replacement and adult reconstructive surgery. He finds this area of orthopaedics very rewarding because treatment often results in dramatic improvements for patients whose level of activity may have been severely limited by crippling conditions. Dr. Shell is a member of the medical staff of Saint Thomas West Hospital and of Centennial Medical Center. He serves as Chief of the Department of Orthopaedics at Saint Thomas Hospital. A native Nashvillian, Dr. Shell graduated from Montgomery Bell Academy and completed his undergraduate work at Vanderbilt University. He was Student Body President during his graduate medical training at the University of Tennessee. Dr. Shell is married and has three children. He enjoys spending his free time participating in outdoor activities.

Dr. Tiffany Feltman was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. She then went on to Vanderbilt University for her Biomedical Engineering degree. After college she moved to Atlanta for medical school. She then completed her Orthopedic Surgery residency at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia. After successfully completing residency she went on to complete her fellowship in Adult Reconstruction at Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. She is more than thrilled to come back to Nashville to join Hughston Clinic Orthopaedics and specialize in total hips and total knees. She enjoys changing her patients daily life and getting them back to where they can walk and enjoy daily activities without the pain from arthritis.
