Over 30 years ago Rayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center opened its doors to the community providing traditional nursing home care. As health care and community needs evolved we expanded our services to include sub-acute rehabilitation, and hospice services. We serve to bridge the gap in health care and housing needs for the older adults in the larger community. Our personal care short term rehabilitation center is designed to provide assistance while promoting a sense of dignity and independence for all ages.
Our goal at Rayville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is to maximize dignity and quality of life within an environment that is both nurturing and respectful to the individual. We strive to enable every resident to reach his or her fullest potential in our community.The nice part about living in our community is the continuing care we offer.
