Founded in 1962, the Vail Valley Medical Center is a private, nonprofit organization that provides health care services for more than 50,000 residents in over five counties in Colorado. With nearly 200 physicians, more than 60 acute beds and over 700 staff members, the center offers a range of medical care services that includes cardiopulmonary, cardiac, hospice, obstetric, pediatric, pastoral, anesthesia, surgical, trauma, urology and wound care services. It also provides Diabetes and Case Management services. The Vail Valley Medical Center additionally offers physical and occupational therapy services. The center is located in Vail Colo.
