We are so excited you are interested in our volunteer program! The Humane Society of Tulsa is a no-kill Pet Adoption and Rescue Center located at 60th and Sheridan, behind the Whataburger. The Adoption Center is open to the public six days a week and there are over fifty dogs and cats in our care each day. Truth is the Humane Society of Tulsa would not be a success with out the help from volunteers. Volunteers help with all aspects of the Adoption Center from daily care of the animals to executing and planning special events that are imperative to raise funds for the organization. Before you apply, please take a look as some of the requirements, expectations, and benefits of the Humane Society of Tulsa volunteer program included in this packet. We want you to be sure this is the right fit for you. Once your application is received at our Adoption Center, we will contact you to schedule a training course and discuss your volunteer schedule.
