Founded in 1959, Crystal Run Village is an independent, nonprofit provider of human services to residents of Rockland, Orange and Sullivan counties in New York. Its programs serve more than 700 individuals with developmental and psychological disabilities, such as autism and spectrum disorders, Down syndrome, epilepsy, neurological disorders, cerebral palsy and other mental disorders. Crystal Run Village offers various services, such as vocational training and placement, residential services, educational opportunities, recreational training and opportunities, and personal and domestic skills training. Its services include supported housing, case management, shelter care, in-home respite care, intermediate care facilities and community residences. Crystal Run Village is located in Middletown, N.Y.
