The Way HPI is an strength and conditioning facility located on Worthington Road in Cranston. The 6,000-square-foot training facility specializes in strength and conditioning work, as well as small group and private training. Some services offered include sports performance training, personal training services, post rehab work and tactical performance training. The location also offers life performance training similar to bootcamp styled classes for individuals looking to improve strength, cardio and overall fitness levels. The sports performance classes are aimed towards young athletes. The tactical performance classes are specifically for firefighter, police, doc and military personnel. The facility also offers yoga and sports massage services.
Run by the Diocese of Providence, Rejoice In Hope Youth Center is a gathering place and community center for The Youth Ministry Institute, a training program for adults to learn to minister to the youth. The group is directed by Pat Kane and Reverend Timothy Lenlin and meets at Rejoice in Hope Youth Center almost every Thursday night. For the last 25 years, from September until the end of October, the Youth Center also converts to an attraction called the Haunted Labyrinth. Body Complete is a fitness center designed for women that offers weights, cardio equipment and a variety of classes, including spin, Pilates and Zumba. There are no sign-up fees and walk-ins are welcome.
