In addition to the programs, the facility has a swimming pool, an activity pool and a fitness center, which features treadmills, free weights, step mill, ellipticals and more. Monthly and annual memberships are available for purchase, as well as day passes.
Oceanside CrossFit has been serving the Oceanside community for 4 years. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for athletes, police officers, and military personnel. Hence, a number of the trainers here are ex- or current military and police. They offer a one-on-one introductory session to learn about the program and decide which CrossFit process will be right for you and your goals. They incorporate weights, cardio, martial arts and much more.
24 Hour Fitness opened in California in 1983 and quickly became a fitness industry leader, even becoming the official fitness sponsor of the United States Olympic Team. Today, there are more than 400 locations across the country, including this "sport" location in Oceanside. Amenities include free weights, lots of cardio equipment and cycling equipment, as well as a full-sized basketball court, indoor lap pool and sauna.
