It was founded in the 1970s and has since become the nation's first family of independently owned and operated whole grain bread bakeries. There are more than 200 locations across the United States. The bakery is dedicated to providing healthy alternatives with nutritional whole wheats and grains in all of its products. The shop also offers cookies, sandwiches, muffins, coffee and smoothies.
