Assumption Greek Orthodox Church in cooperation with the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of Americas Department of Internet Ministries lays emphasis on the gospel of Jesus Christ and provides religious resources online. The Diakonia ministry offers teaches the gospel in accordance with the Orthodox faith and offers liturgical services throughout the year. Its ministries include marriage and family, outreach and evangelism. It has a religious education department providing various materials and services, and its youth and young adult ministries enable youth workers and young people to fully experience the Orthodox faith. It has a residential child care center, providing a home away from home for children facing hardships due to sickness, financial reversal or a dysfunctional family situation.
