Schoharie High School serves students in grades six through 12. The school offers a wide curriculum that includes subjects, such as English, mathematics, social studies, science, foreign languages, practical and fine arts, and physical and health education. Its sports activities include volleyball, cross country, basketball, bowling, cheerleading, wrestling, golf and track. The school, located in Schoharie, N.Y., has a library facility that offers more than 30 magazines and nearly five newspapers. Its library offers a variety of textbooks, computer databases and other research materials for students and teachers. Schoharie High School also supports several student organizations, including the Schoharie Baseball and Softball Association, sports booster club and student council. Its staff includes subject teachers, guidance counselors, educational aides, teaching assistants, custodians and nurses.
