Anesthesia Associates of New Mexico, located in Albuquerque, N.M., is an integrated medical practice association and provides anesthesia care, consultative services and pain management programs for patients. It was established in 1971, and has more than 30 medical doctors and certified nurse anesthetists that provide various types of clinical anesthesia services. It works in alliance with the New Mexico Pain and Spine Center and Presbyterian Healthcare Services to provide a comprehensive pain management program. It provides various services, such as cryoanalgesia, radio frequency lessening, epidurals, specific radiological guided diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, acupuncture and hypnotherapy. The institute also provides physical therapy, psychiatric counseling and nutritional education to its patients. Additionally, it provides funding and assistance to other organizations, such as the Albuquerque Biological Park and American Cancer Society. The association operates medical facilities, such as the Kaseman Hospital and New Mexico Orthopedic Surgery.
